StocksRin is constantly improving and innovating in order to provide the best experience for users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which StocksRin provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or using any part of the StocksRin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

StocksRin provides the following services:

• Open Interest (OI) trending and analytics
• Historical NSE and BSE market data access
• Advanced charting tools with TradingView integration
• Portfolio management and broker integration tools

As a user of StocksRin, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Not share your account access with unauthorized persons

• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Take full responsibility for all trading decisions made using our data

In order to use StocksRin Services, you will need to provide your personal information. You agree that any information you give to StocksRin will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by StocksRin, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with StocksRin. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers) and shall ensure that you comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the Services.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with StocksRin, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Services for any purpose.

All data, content, analytics, charts, and information made available on StocksRin (collectively, the "Data") are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use within our website and authorised applications. The Data remains the property of Ryax Technologies and our exchange-approved third-party data vendors at all times.

By accessing the platform, you expressly agree that the Data may be used only on our website and solely for the purpose of your own trading research and analysis. You shall not extract, harvest, store, redistribute, republish, sell, license, or otherwise make the Data available to any third party, or use it to build, train, or populate any competing product, dataset, or service, whether or not for commercial gain.

You agree not to access or attempt to access the Data through any automated or programmatic means — including, without limitation, scrapers, bots, spiders, web crawlers, scripts, headless browsers, or any data-mining, extraction, or harvesting tools — and not to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any rate-limiting, access control, or other technical protection measure employed by StocksRin. Any download, caching, or local copying of the Data must occur only through the features and interfaces expressly provided by us, and only to the extent reasonably necessary for your personal use.

This section is in addition to, and does not limit, your obligations under the "Use of the Services by You" and "Intellectual Property Rights" sections of these Terms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our data practices include:

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
• Your trading data and strategies remain private and confidential
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• We do not make unsolicited calls, SMS, or marketing communications
• You can request data deletion by contacting our support team

Once a subscription payment is completed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies to all subscription plans including weekly trials, monthly subscriptions, quarterly plans, and annual plans.

Subscription plans are also non-transferable, meaning they cannot be moved to another user account or shared with other individuals.

Your maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property rights in the StocksRin platform are owned by Ryax Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your personal trading research only.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, India.

Although information has been obtained from and is based upon sources we believe to be reliable, we do not guarantee its accuracy and the information may be incomplete or condensed. All opinions and estimates constitute our judgment as of the date of the report and are subject to change without notice.
